Birth Doula Services

Did you know that women who have the support of a birth doula during childbirth are less likely to have a cesarean section, less likely to use synthetic oxytocin to speed up labor, less likely to use any pain medication, and are more likely to rate their childbirth experience as positive!

As a birth doula, I work closely with families to plan for the beautiful birth experience that they have envisioned. I provide emotional, physical, and informational support as well as spiritual encouragement starting during pregnancy and continuing throughout labor, birth, and postpartum. I am Certified through DONA International and have also received training with the Catholic Doula Program. I am also an Approved Doula for Beginnings Birth Center and a Tricare Approved Birth Doula.

I serve the Colorado Springs area and am willing to travel up to an hour. I have experience with:
